Sydney played host to the AGES XXX Annual Scientific Meeting in March 2020, welcoming delegates from across Australia and around the world to a city known for its iconic landmarks, vibrant culture, and breathtaking harbour views. Held under the theme “Foundations & the Future,” this significant event in the field of gynaecological surgery explored both the solid roots of the Australasian Gynaecological Endoscopy & Surgery Society (AGES) and the exciting innovations shaping its future. Over three inspiring days, from 5th to 7th March, participants engaged with a robust scientific program featuring international experts, emerging technologies, and advanced surgical techniques in minimally invasive gynaecology.

The conference delivered a comprehensive mix of core educational topics essential to all gynaecological surgeons, alongside sessions highlighting the latest in laparoscopic procedures and digital advancements in women’s health.
